Self-employed alt-doc beyond your panel

Client needs accountant-declared or BAS-based income verification at a lender you are not accredited with, or the scenario requires specialist alt-doc products outside your usual panel.

DTI-capped investors

Client exceeds the APRA 6x DTI cap and needs a non-bank lender exempt from the restriction. You may not have the non-bank panel depth to place these efficiently.

Adverse credit requiring specialist assessment

Client has defaults, judgments, or Part IX history that requires specialist lender assessment. Correct placement requires product-level knowledge of adverse credit tiers across multiple lenders.
